The 369 Method: Train Your Mind. Take Control of Your Body

Stop wanting results. Start deciding them

Most people fail at fitness not because they’re lazy. Not because they don’t know what to eat. They fail because their mind is working against them before they even lace up their shoes. You can have the best programme in the world and still self-sabotage. Still quit. Still find a reason why today isn’t the right day.

That’s not a willpower problem. That’s a mindset problem. And that’s exactly what the 369 Method is built to fix.

The 369 Mindset: What It Actually Is

The 369 Method isn’t magic. It’s a structured daily practice that trains your mind to stay locked onto what you’re trying to achieve — and stops it from drifting back to doubt, excuses, and old habits.

The numbers 3, 6, and 9 aren’t random. Tesla believed they held a unique relationship with energy and the way the universe organises itself. Whether you believe that or not doesn’t matter. What matters is that the structure works — morning, midday, evening — three points in your day where you deliberately reinforce where you’re going and why. Do it consistently and your mind stops fighting you. It starts working for you instead.

From “I Want” to “I Have Decided”

Here’s the shift that changes everything.

“I want to lose weight” keeps you stuck. Wanting is passive. It’s wishful. It puts the result somewhere out in front of you that you’re always chasing but never quite reaching.

“I have decided to lose weight” is completely different. That’s a declaration. That’s your mind drawing a line and saying — this is happening. Not maybe. Not when I feel ready. Now.

That one shift — from wanting to deciding — is the foundation of the 369 Method. Everything else builds on it.

How To Use The 369 Method

Three points in your day. Simple. No equipment. No app. Just you and your intention.

Morning — Write It 3 Times First thing. Before the day gets in the way. Write your goal down three times. Not “I want to be fitter.” Something specific and decided. “I have decided to train today.” “I have decided to eat clean today.” Writing it locks it in. Sets the tone for everything that follows.

Midday — Say It 6 Times Out Loud This is when doubt creeps in. When the excuses start. When the biscuits appear in the office. Speak your intention out loud six times. Not in your head — out loud. Sound carries energy. Hearing your own voice say it back to you is more powerful than most people realise until they actually try it.

Evening — Visualize It 9 Times Before you sleep, close your eyes and see it. See yourself doing the workout. See yourself making the right food choice. See the result — how you look, how you feel, how you move. Repeat it nine times in your mind. Your subconscious doesn’t stop working when you sleep. Give it something worth working on.

The Only Thing That Makes It Work

Consistency. That’s it.

The 369 Method isn’t a one-day fix. It’s a daily practice — same as brushing your teeth, same as eating. You do it every day until it becomes the way you think. Until deciding replaces wanting. Until your default mental state is one that moves you forward instead of holding you back.

Use it for your nutrition. Use it for your training. Use it on the days when everything in you wants to quit. That’s exactly when it matters most.
